If you are still experiencing issues, check your junk email settings and your junk email folder. If there are messages that shouldn’t have been marked as junk, right-click each email, then choose Mark as not junk to move them back to your inbox. You can also check your Other tab and ensure that there are no filters preventing you from seeing all your messages. Check your outbox or your mailbox storage to see what is taking up space. If your mailbox is full, you cannot send or receive email. To unblock a blocked account, head to this link here. Your account might also be temporarily blocked because it picked up on some unusual sign-in activity. If you’re unable to send or receive emails in Outlook, Microsoft says you may need to update your password. Then click See all settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP > IMAP access > Enable IMAP. You can enable it on a web browser by open Gmail and clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner. IMAP is the system that allows information to flow to and from your phone. Gmail on an iPhone can also have IMAP issues.
